First I want to say Elevate has amazing website to look at I really like all the variety and the speed of the delivery.... Downfall is this is going to be now my third or fourth order and I've noticed that every time I order I always seem to get at least one wig out of my order that is nothing like the stock card and nothing like the website and I'm very disappointed about that because I don't think it is fair that we purchase things and it's not what it's supposed to be to me that's false advertisement I have sent a email to customer service and I have not got a response because again I'm very dissatisfied with two wigs out of my last two purchases I purchased seven wigs in the month of June or eight wigs and out of those purchases two of them was completely nothing like the website or the stock card

The wig looked very very different from the pic. I was not happy with the style of the wig.

Comprei um produto que estava disponível, comprei no boleto EBANX, porém quando minha compra foi aceita o produto estava sem estoque, estou a 1 semana esperando eles me enviar, e isso me deixa triste

I received the wrong color Wig and have been unable to contact customer service for assistance. I just get disconnected. The wig I received is nice but not what I wanted. I'm afraid the same thing will happen again if I pre-order, so I won't.

I normally give 5 stars. This time I am only giving 3 stars because they missed one item in my order. to date, I have requested a status update and haven't received anything yet. The lack of response is what dropped their score. Now, this isn't the first time Ive reached out to Elevate styles during COVID -19 pandemic, so that isnt the reason. Ive reach out and they have responded within 3 days. I am still waiting for a response. Once I get a response, I will change my rating. Majority of the time they are on point, accurate, and responsive. Not sure whats going on here. Hope its a small mistake that can be resolved soon. Anyway, waiting, Anxiously waiting a response, Kim H.

I made an order since May 31, I still don’t receive it

Shipping was very quick. The wig I got was horrible though.
