It was not delivered
Do not buy here, purchases are lost and they do not respond. Yesterday I received the notification that they had delivered it, they delivered it somewhere else and they told me that they had delivered it at 7:33 pm on October 30 and it was 5:30 pm on October 30, I don't know in what dimension. They reported that it was 5:30 pm and they reported it at 7:33 pm

Delivery can cancelled without…
Delivery can cancelled without notification. I had to call or I would not have known that the delivery was not arriving. Now the customer service said that it will come on Wednesday but no tracking was sent out. Hoping it actually does arrive

POS of an company, they take FOREVER to ship out an order and act like their doing a favor to ask where the hell is my order?! They used the wrong shipping company now I'm out of my order! Please use Shophairwigs.com they shipped my order out the next day! I would NEVER use elevated styles again I don't even want a replacement I just want my refund!!
