I have not yet received my purchase

I have spent an enormous amount of money trying to come up with the right wig and hair color, part of the problem with elevate styles is you cant really see the hair color from the web site. the sample they show you is not in the wig. You purchase more than one at a time you are really going to have a problem if you don't like them . You are only given one time a year to exchange color or style. Which leaves you in a dilemma, like the one I am having. I have eight wigs and only two look right on me and I have no other options be to keep them. this does not happen with other services or site . I am a unsatisfied customer

Never received product and customer service was not willing to help nor refund my money. After I spent hundreds of dollars with this business in the past.

I sent a couple of messages no reply as of yet unlike other websites u try to ask these ppl a question you get no answer.

Last time I ordered off of this website mt wig came in two days, but it has been a week and I still haven't received my wig. You need to use FedEx or UPS instead of USPS because they are extremely unreliable.

I contacted the company five times and left a voicemail during work hours and no one returned my call. I went ahead and placed the order because I liked the wig. I wrote a request in the comment field on the order form for them to contact me to verify the color I selected and no one bothered to contact me. I should have cancelled the order, but it was cheap and I figured it wasn't worth my time. I did receive the order in a timely manner. It shed and the color wasn't what I liked. I rated it 1 star for the unacceptable experience and they were rude for not returning my call. I spoke to the answering service and they were courteous and professional.

I kept telling myself to just order from the site I usually get me wigs and hair from but noooo...I had to try something new. The website is a disaster highway. I still don't know if my products where sent yet all I know is there is a backlog. I can't find out anything from that stupid site super upset. If only I had use my usual site I would have my wigs already and not wondering where they are. I have since ordered 2 more wis from my usual site because the two I ordered from here I have no clue when I'll get

I used to shop here often buying 2 items a months but stopped after a few of my items came in extremely late oder after order. After about a 6 month break I decided to try your site again which was recently. Well I ordered an item never got my receipt in email didn't hear anything in days so I called my bank they said you refund my money then two days later the money was taken from my account again and still no item. Also your service phone line is rediculous. I can call no mater what day or time and all they can do is take a message and promise to have someone contact you as soon as possible... only thing is you never get a call back no one reaches out to contact you. Seem a great company suddenly fail to pure sloppiness. In which I'm afraid to further be a customer due to awful communication, sloppy work effort and charges to my account without receiving a receipt or even merchandise.
