Horrible first time experience
My package got lost, called and they were not in a anyway helpful. I regret purchasing from them. Advice look or go somewhere else.

You should notify customer about their order if you dont have the product. Dont hold up the entire order for one item. Thats terrible!
My entire order wasnheld up for a shampoo. I was not notified. I had to call for them to tell me they were waiting for a shampoo while I thought my order was shipped and it beenn4 days. I order from here all the time.

thew ig had a smell to it. the smell was similar to the after pressing your hair with a hot comb smell.
I tried to wash the smell out but it did not come out with the first wash. not too happy with it .

I ordered a wig from there, when I received it, it was the wrong color, I ordered a color 2 but it looks like a light light brown instead of a dark brown and the curls on the wig on the website looked way looser and with bangs, I received a wig with really tight curls and no bangs and when i asked to return it, they said I would have to pay for shipping and my refund would be 25% off for restocking fee when it was their fault for selling wrong products

Great shipping, poor product
The company shipped the item quickly but the quality of it was very poor. The wig almost looked like a costume wig that had large spaces that couldn't be hidden without a hat and a lot of loose hair that you would have needed to retwist with more synthetic hair which would cost time and more money than the $80.00 that was already spent on it.
