The wig that I bought look absolutely nothing like the wig advertised. This was my first time buying from Elevate Styles and will be my last. I was so disappointed.

My package went to the wrong address and never received it. I called and was placed on hold for a long time. I called that day about 4x and again was placed on hold. I was not satisfied. I will seek elsewhere.

its been over a week and a half and have not received item and the shipping tracking service hasn't kept up with where its been! Still says its in jersey of last week??

I ordered the Tara 2 4 6 wig. Shipping was fast, but when I got the wig it was way shorter than the picture and previous ones that I have gotten from other sites. It was flat, no curl nor did it have style to it. It look like someone wore it before me! I can't return it or exchange it because it was on sale. I will not be ordering from this company again.

my wig looked horrible it had all the red color in one spot in the back of the wig it was utterly disgusting

i ordered two wigs from elevatestyles,and recived an email stating that one color was not available, so I choose a different color,when I received my order I only received one wig, called customer service, and was informed I would have to email a picture of the bag the wig was shipped in,so disappointed , will not order from this company again

I ordered the 21 tress Malaysian hair in red but received the blonde so I thought well since its blonde I can work with it and dye it red.. NOPE no dye would stick to the hair I call about it and I got attitude and they said they could not help me. Never ordering form here again.

First time ordering from elevatestyles and it wont happen again.Took almost a week to get my hair and when it did arrive the hair smelled mildew.Had to wash the hair fresh out the pack and after that the hair was all messed up😒😑.so i would recommend to absolutely nobody.
