my product was stolen in the post and even elevenstyle not solved my problem

I have two experienceseparate ordering from Elevate Styles. I ordered the same product twice, each only a year a part. Last's year transaction was perfect. I got the Beshe Drew Original in color DX4/27/26. My order was processed within a day and deliverEd within 4 business days. I was so impressed with the process and the quality of the product and packaging I decided to buy again. Bad decision! It took over 7 days for my order to be shipped. 7 business days! My package arrived 4 days after shipping and it was well packaged which is the only positive thing I can say. Now the wig I receivedon't was not the Beshe Drew Original, it was the shorter version. I do not like short hair (if I did I wouldn't be buying a wig). In conclusion I will not be buying from this company every again.

Never got my package. And when i called customer service, they hung up the phone on me.

I could not wait to get my wig, however, it has been 10 days and my package still has not arrived. I don't know if it is the post office or not but at this point I think I would like a full refund.

hair was supposed to be here on october 23rd but as of oct. 25th i still haven't received it andit shows that it is still in NJ. which is no where close to me. i think it may have gotten lost.

Ordered a wig, they charged my credit card, then let me know a couple days later the item I ordered was on back order and would not be back in stock for 2-3 weeks at least. Why not have it on the website that the item isn't in stock?

I absolutely hated the wig I received. It looked nothing like the picture. I tried to bump it to create the style that was on the tag. To no avail!!!. I end up cutting it to try and create a different style it only got worst !! I just threw it in the garbage. I will never order from this company again. I honestly can't see how that was the same wig. Very disappointed!!

I purchased a wig and didn't receive it. Called Post Office, they said they left it on the stoop of our apartment. Called Elevated styles and they basically said to bad to sad. They didn't even offer a reship of the item. I will be purchasing somewhere else. So shame on you. You lost my business and I will pass it on to YouTube I have been elevated :)
