Elevate styles advertises shipping 2-3 days on your orders. This was my second time placing an order with your company and both times i received my order 5 days after the fact. In my opinion that's not 2-3 shipping. It was 5 . Therefore, you all false advertise stating 2-3 days. Also everytime i tried to place an order , the product i selected was out of stock. If something is out of stock, it should be removed or have an out stock sgn/ or no longer available sign. In other words, ordering from your company was very stressful and overwhelming.. again, your company false advertise 2-3 days shipping in order to attract customers and you don't uphold that promise.

Elevate Styles is usually my go to wig store but the lace was messed up on my wig and now I don't even know if i can wear it

The delivery was great but the hair is very fizzy and hard! Very Brito! I have try the hair yet, but believe it will not last a week in my head and be very tangled. Not happy at all!

This review is negative due to customer service experience. I placed an order with Elevate Styles during one of the sales for 5 packs of crochet hair, 2 in one color and 3 in a different color. However, the checkout only processed 2 pks. I noticed on the checkout page. There was a box available for order changes on the check out page. I completed the form requesting to add the 3 packs. However, I only received the 2 pks. So I paid almost $20 for 2 pks of $3.99 hair. I called and emailed them about the error. I received email reply that their warehouse didn't see my change request. But would be willing to send missed items to me. I confirmed the order to be shipped and requested free shipping or a shipping discount. No reply. That was on July 1st, 11 day ago. So getting an incomplete order was a waste of my money and time. This was my first time ordering from Elevate Styles. I was referred to them by a repeat customer. Unfortunately, my experience is not referable.

I'm here to give feedback on the wig acquired at Elevate Styles. My product arrived in Brazil on 07/13/2020 and today it was delivered to my residence. Although the product arrived, I think that the company provides a precarious service for tracking the shipment. Every time I questioned that the status of the shipment had been updated many days ago, I received the reply that would be delivered and that I should wait. Always the same excuse. Thank God everything went well and my wig arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to the site for publishing my complaint and final consideration about the service at Elevate Styles. Bom dia! Realizei uma compra neste site no dia 07/06/2020 e até o momento o produto não chegou! Comprei porque vi muitas pessoas falando que o site era bom e confiável. Ele me enviaram um link de rastreamento, mas depois do dia 13/06/2020 eles permaneceram sem atualizar nada. A última atualização dizia que tinham enviado o produto para o aeroporto de New Jersey. Envio e-mail e eles se limitam a dizer que o produto está em transito. Para mim, o atendimento é péssimo! Enfim, dia 06/07/2020 teve outra atualização dizendo que tinham enviado para São Paulo. Mas, até o momento nada desse produto chegar. Já pedi para cancelarem a compra e eles se limitem a desculpas sem fundamento e pedem que eu espere. estou decepcionada! Pelo jeito, terei que solicitar ao PayPal que cancele o pagamento, já que eu não recebi o produto! Já entrei em contato com os correios e o produto ainda não chegou ao Brasil. Good Morning! It sheds a lot and it's not how I thought it would be. But you win some you lose some. Maybe it'll be better next time

My second time ordering very pleased with all of my purchases the wigs come just like they are on the website.
