shipping is horrible, honestly would like a refund. still have yet to receive my package its been a week smh

Ordered on a Thursday and suppose to had received my order by Saturday or Monday when in fact it came on the following Thursday. I ordered many items just to get the free shipping. I'm assuming since I got free shipping they sent my package whenever they felt the need. Maybe it would have delivered in a timely manner if I had paid the shipping rate and stuck with my one item. -Buyer from Tennessee.

I will never and I repeat never!!!!! Buy hair from this company again they lied to me cheated me and did nothing to try and help me with a discount or my money back . This company said they had Bobby boss natural Yaki in stock and they lied they do not have that hair they change my order and sent me disgusting hair claiming it was Bobby boss this hair didn't even last me two weeks when Bobby boss last me up to two years. I spent $400 with this company and they cheated me and ripped me off! Beware do not buy from this company this company will rip you off and take your money and not try and help you . I would have been satisfied if they either gave me my money back and I sent the hair back or they gave me a good percentage off my next purchase but I received nothing . Look else where for any human hair products!

I purchased the two Beshe wigs from this company. One wigs did not look like what was advertised on the model; however, did appear new. The other wig, Beshe Drew, obviously was a returned that was altered and did not have any curl pattern on the sides, back and minimal in the front. I purchased the Drew wig after seeing the great reviews by You Tuber. Elevate Styles knowingly sent out a defective product and then charged a 20% restocking fee which I should not been required to pay as the merchandise was clearly used. As a first time customer, I will never purchase from this vendor and will encourage friends and family to not do so as well. I find such business practice to be unethical and clearly reflects a company that don't care about customers.

I was sent a wig in the wrong color it was the second time it had happened I don't have money to waiste so I reached out to customer service and no one has answered my email. They lost a customer.

They shipped my package and didn't put the correct weight.. Therefore usps would not ship my package unless the difference was paid... I called customer service and was not taken seriously.. They said send a picture of the difference and they'll refund me... Well what about the gas I had to use? And the time I had to take off work to ensure that my friend who just finished chemo could get her hair before a party that evening? And the complete annoyance of it all because they simply did not take enough time to ensure that the shipping information on my package was Correct. A shame. Will never order from them again. And will advise others to not order from them again. And might I add you claiming you refunded me the difference and you did not! I will never order from you guys again.. Nothing but a disgrace.

I have purchased this wig from a beauty supply before and it was so soft and the curls were very tight and pretty. My experience with elevate styles wasn't the same when I took my wig out of the packages the curls on the top were all flat and the wig wasn't as curly as it should've been.

i hate the delivery system ! use dhal or fed ex or some other one ! my package was supposed to get to me the dat before yesterday but it didn't now i checked the status and it has been held up with no way to contact usps via email or call because it only supports US ! now i don't know where to retrieve my package
