I ordered a popular braiding hair, and I was impressed with how fast I received it. I also liked the way they sent an E- mail promptly assuring me that my order was on the way , not to mention the affordable shipping rate. I now know that this Company is worth me making a lot of purchases in the near future.

I think they sell very good quality wigs at a reasonable price which is very good. However, I think they should do free shipping over $50 for international orders other than that, it's a great website !

Had a good experience. Item came quickly, good pricing, package well, unit is lovely. Feels a little like baby doll hair. But tjat may be because of thw human hair mix. I do wish they would use another company besides UPS. I had a bad experience with them.

Order and shipping was great. Product slightly different than shown online. It appeared Mali Locs were smaller online. I'm a little disappointed.

Only reason why I knocked off a star is because they do not email in a more timely manner when your package has been delievered. If you want to know the information and location of your package you have to solely rely on the tracking number that they provide. I recieved my package in a timely manner on a Wednesday, but the company sent out the "Delivered Package" email two days after. I'm not complaining because I track my packages through the link that they provide, but somebody who is new to ordering items online through their site they should be a little bit more organized with their emails.
