You guys sent me two different colors of the products that I ordered. If u donot l have the request color why don't u inform the customer? I'm very disappointed and won't shop from u guys again. My first and last time shopping from u guys. Shipping was fast keep up

My first experience ordering here took forever I almost forgot about the hair but looking at my bank account reminded me of how much I spent and I almost asked for a refund back then . Luckily the hair came that day. Order number HXYLEZTEK (second order) This is my second time ordering and my last. I'll tell you why. I was told over a period of days that my order was shipped now a week later it's back ordered? Oh no no I want a full refund. The website will not let me contact customer service and they don't pick up the phone. IDK how I am gonna get my refund. I don't even wear fake hair all the time ,so this experience will be my new reason not to. I hope that this post helps the problem with how they do business.

My experience was great as far as finding the items on the website, placing the order, and receiving items, the website has a few glitches here and there but no big deal, now here is where everything turned horrible so when I got the hair I did not like the hair mind you I just orders over $60 worth of hair from this site (10 packs of hair) I wanted to excited he said I could but then he goes to say but u can only return or exchange 3 items per year. Um what???????? Why the hell would I only return 3 of the 10 packs of hair I brought if I don't like any of it, you guys would still get the money since I would be repurchasing, so I don't understand what the problem is. He said it said it in something online, I was so mad I don't even remember, but I didn't see it but regardless that policy makes absolutely no sense I can see if you said 3 orders per year, but 3 items really when I had a 10 item order. So with that being said as quickly as you gained a new customer who was satisfied you just lost one and will loose many more cause I will be spreading this nonsense to others.

J'ai passé commande le 7 juillet pour une perruque, la couleur que je voulais était en stock!! et aujourd'hui le 11 je n'ai toujours pas de confirmation de ma commande, je ne comprend pas la lenteur pour prendre en compte ma commande, j'ai contacté le service client mais aucune réponse de leur part. Je suis très déçu j'avais entendu de bon avis sur ce site, je vais demander un remboursement pour commander ailleurs parce que je ne vais pas attendre une éternité.

Horrible horrible, my crotchet hair was suppose to be "redwine" it was fire truck red.... FIRE TRUCK RED! Thank you but never again.

Quickly resolved, but still frustrating. Also, I don't like their general customer service policies (limit of 3 returns per calendar year is ridiculous).

Clearly disorganized. Has items on their website for sale, that they don't actually have in stock. No one even apologized after realizing the issue. I won't be trying them ever again!!

I ordered "ZURY SYNTHETIC CROCHET BRAID SENEGALESE TWIST BIG 14" in purple from this company, and though the hair arrived quickly, the actual hair was wrong. It was nothing like what was pictured, as the photo was stolen from another type of hair that was being sold. I ordered this one thinking the hair and twists would be the right size, but they weren't t all. I had an event I needed to go to, and it was imperative that my hair looked a specific way, but I had to cancel because of it. I tried to contact customer service, but the woman was extremely rude, and told me that it was *my* fault because I didn't research the hair more, and hung up on me. I called two more times and this happened! Getting a refund now.
