My order was placed on 10/14. It still hasn't been shipped yet and today is 10/21

I did not receive my package that I paid $200 for. USPS delivered to the wrong residence and I contacted the seller to let them know. The guy was very rude and accused me of trying to "come up" on something free. I offered to send the PDF file from USPS showing that the package was taken to the wrong address. Instead he hangs up in my face. I contacted consumer affairs and the BBB. This is unacceptable.

Disappointed

I ordered some products from elevatestyles on the 27 of June 2016. I was told that the items had been shipped and when I tried to track my parcel using the details that they had given me, nothing came up. I sent them an email to find out what was happening and their explanation was that they had made a mistake in informing me that my parcel had been shipped because it had not been shipped as they only had stock of two of the four items that I had ordered. I tried to order another lot of items to replace the previous order and a day or so later, I was told it had been shipped and that it will take 10 to 15 days depending on customs etc to reach me. When I checked my order page to see how far my shipment was, I couldn't find my new order; what I found was my previous order that cannot be tracked. Today is 25th September 2016 and I have just had it with elevatestyles' inefficiency and have requested that I be refunded my money. I will never ever order anything from elevatestyles nor will I recommend them to anyone that I know!

I have been waiting for so long to get my hands on the Zury Sis Mika wig, all to receive the wrong product. Haven't had any luck with receiving the right product or a refund. I'm bummed because up until this point I have had great experiences with this company. I am now purchasing my products on another website.

It was a mess and it was all matted no curls like in the picture it was a mess I will never order another wig !

I didnt revice my order yet but they sended me a email my order is on the way since 1 week. How long Inhave to wait fir hair extensions? Wheres ure shop? In guetemala? Never again
