I will never order from this place again. I was told that I would receive 2 day priority shipping. It's been 6 days and I still haven't received my order. When I called the customer serve rep he was very rude and cold and couldn't even track my package accurately. I placed my order on the 26th and today is Dec. 4. They are horrible.

Hello Karen, We looked at the tracking information and it is out for delivery today. They may be slightly delayed for Cyber Monday, but looks like its been 5 days. The post office claims packages take 2-5 days usually. Usually they are closer to 2-3. We do have UPS options that guarantee a faster time, but usually the free option you chose is normally fast.
