Cuando realice la compra, había aplicado un cupón el cual brindaba envío gratis en mi compra. Luego,recibí un email indicando que por el peso del paquete tenía que pagar $20 adicionales, por lo que finalmente, no ahorre o no me beneficié, del descuento del envío gratis. Pienso, que deberían notificar ese cargo adicional antes de que el cliente pueda procesar el pago. Acepté el cargo porque en realidad necesitaba esos artículos comprados, ya que, me dedico a hacer trenzas, por lo que eran artículos esenciales en mí trabajo.

Quality was terrible. Cheap thin material. Sleeves are two different sizes. One extremely tight on my arm.

Elevate Styles is not very responsive…
Elevate Styles is not very responsive to problems. I’m glad other people have had good experiences with them, because I am done ordering through this company. Their website is obnoxious and makes ordering anything difficult with the constant pop-ups. Additionally, they have either been out of stock or incorrectly charged my payment method at least 3 times. The most recent order took a week to even ship, and it is missing most of my items. I have sent multiple messages to Elevate Styles, and no one has responded with any information as to why my order is missing items (again).

I ordered my product over a week ago and still have not received a shipping confirmation email. Despite the website stating the product is ready for shipping. I have only received payment confirmation email. Hopefully I will receive my product soon.

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, though I did receive my item it was just bad customer service. They ignored my emails and dms, and the $10 shipping is a scam. It takes maybe 3-4 days but I think you shouldn’t pay that much. They also spelled my name wrong.
