Never got the wigs i ordered, the tracking number they provided claim they left a notice, however they didnt leave sh** . Ive been running to the post offuce for almost a week, for two wigs thats not even there. Called. The company they pretty much laughed and hung up . Now im stuck with nothing. In addition to them taking my $50.24 this is for the replyyyyy they sent me. How many times do i have to keep stressing i went to my local post office and they mention no package is there

I purchased to separate orders totaling more than $100. My order was sent to an out of state address.

One of the wigs I received was already opened and was a bit damaged. I called customer service, as well as sent emails showing the damage before I even removed the product from the shipping container and they were ADAMANT that they don't ship opened product, even though my pictures were clear and showed that the packaging was completely missing from one of them while still in the shipping container. Even with that evidence, they said they would not accept a return or offer a refund. They also, did not send the bonus gift that they advertised a code for that I put into my order upon placing it. I will never be returning to this company, because clearly good customer service is not important to them.

I received the wrong hair and I have to email customer service in order to have this changed

There was a dead bug in my hair

I purchased five packs of micro locs and i was highly disappointed . I had to burn the loops on them to prevent them from looking bulky and unraveling. The first time i bought them i was satisfied, this time not so much. I won't buy them again.

I have used this brand of hair before by purchasing it at a local beuty suplly store and loved it, it last over 3 months- then I ordered the exact same hair from this website and it is absolutely terrible. The texture is coarse and was shedding and extremely frizzy RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. The hair gets caught on anything and everything you can think of and it's quite embarassing. Will not purchase again and do not recommend.
