Very disappointed for the moment...
I purchased a bobbi boss lace frontal wig about more than 2 weeks ago, I live in France and it still hasn't been delivered yet...it never arrived, stil waiting...😭

I sent back a unit because it was too …
I sent back a unit because it was too small for my head and then was told I could not receive a refund because it seemed worn. Tell me how am I going to wear a wig that doesn't fit? Not to mention when I received it in the first place the unit was not its original package just in the usps box. The unit was not expensive so it is now water under the bridge but I will not be ordering from elevate styles again.

I recieve a order that was not mine and …
I recieve a order that was not mine and when they promise to fix it i was told i should recieve correct order in a couple days i was never given a tracking number called back to check on order and was told it was a delay with UPS not good at all

lack of communication
I bought and the site did not give me the tracking number. I do not know where the merchandise is. Was given the delivery forecast and now appears as September. The freight I paid said 10-15 business days.

Horrible delivery time
I ordered on a Sunday, paid for 2-3 day shipping left on Friday morning to NOLA for a wedding and the items were not delivered in time for the wedding I wanted to wear it to.
