The purchase that I recently made hasn't arrived, now I have to change my schedule around again, this creates an inconvenience not only for me but also for my beautician. This has been the worst experience ever, will not order from you again.

If it was possible to give no stars I would do it. This is only my second time purchasing and this is the worst service I've ever received from a company. I purchased a wig April 24. It was supposed to be at my door within 2-7 business days. Didn't get here until May 19th. I emailed this literally every week asking them politely where my package was and that I've been beyond patient with them. I asked if I was going to receive any coupons of refunds for the terrible service and they told me no. As for the wig, I love the style but it sheds constantly and there is a track that is undone. Worst service ever.

Difficult return process.

I ordered items and paid the appropriate postage only now be told that i can not recieve my items unless i make a further postage payment of £12.99. This will result in me paying over twice the value of the goods i have oredered

Their customer services is terrible . If you your package is not delivered to you they will not replace it or file a claim with the carrier. Therefore you are out of whatever money you spent

The only good thing I can say about the Vella Vella wig I purchased is that it came a week early. The wig is threadbare and has no part as indicated in the description. I'm going to contact the company and request a refund which I hope they won't give me problems with. I cannot believe that I paid $27 including the shipping for such a sub-par dollar store mockery of a wig.

I purchased two units and was so excited that I paid for faster delivery service only to have the units never arrive and Elevate Styles email me that I have to file a claim with the delivery carrier while they keep my money. Apparently as long as they get paid they could care less if you as the consumer get your product or not. Just shameful. I do a lot of online shopping and have given this vendor a lot of my own business and referrals up until now. How do you keep your customers money and wash your hands without even offering to help or provide any compensation. They went be getting any more of my business.

Horrible Customer Service, and Company. Items were left on my door and I didn't receive them. They don't replace or refund. Will never ever in my life order from them again. I would rather spend my money in a Beauty Store.
