SLOW SHIPPING
I paid for 2 day shipping Thursday July 6th. As of July 12th, my order still hadn't arrived. I can't tell if it has arrived yet because I'm out of the country on vacation and was hoping to get my order BEFORE I left.

Muy mala experiencia hice mi compra y todo bien ...me dijeron que mi orden habia sido enviada el dia 23 de mayo...pregunte que cuando me llegaria la respuesta fue que el 4 julio y no fue asi. El 5 de julio pregunte por que no habia llegado mi orden y me respondieron que me habian hecho devolucion del dinero sin ninguna justificacion. Esto es muy mal ...hacerte esperar y luego decirte que no enviaron nada. Estoy muy molesta

The wig 10033384 no good worth nothing
The wig ordered in black is brown or you might call it 1b not pleased The brazilian natural uped the rating I was plleased. I.don't like paying for black and recieving brown wigs. The same wig #10033384 I wore it for 4 days changed from wavy to un comable thick and bushy hair. No straight.

Awful service!!
Awful service!!! I did not receive my package and this company refused to assist me!!!!! They said they would not open a dispute for my lost package and they provide no assistance whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it......ive wasted my money and have not receive my goods. I will never order from this company again

We can only create a claim if the package is not marked delivered. After having reviewed your tracking number it shows that it was delivered in only 3 days. June 16, 2017, 6:57 pm Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available) MIAMI, FL 33126 June 16, 2017, 4:31 pm Arrived at Post Office MIAMI, FL 33191 June 16, 2017, 4:21 pm Arrived at USPS Facility MIAMI, FL 33126 We can create a claim is not marked delivered or the tracking number just stopped updating all together.

Unjust return policy product not …
Unjust return policy product not consistent they charge a 20% restocking fee plus you pay for return postage and they charge you for the free shiping on the orginal purchase you loose 50% on your purchase that was not consistent with last purchase I will never purchase any thing from this company again bad bad policy
