Where is my purchase? Over two weeks still have not received.

Mike, (manager) I am very, very upset. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and this is the second issue I've had with elevate styles. The outcome of this transaction will determine if I will place an order with Elevate Styles ever again. I ordered a wig on 8/19, received it on 8/24. Fast shipping, which is great. However, your company sent me the wrong color. I chose color 1B/GRAY using the radio button, and was sent 1B/30. I want to receive the correct color, but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping THREE TIMES!!! I paid $9.88 initially, and I don't mind that at all. But now if I want to reorder, I'll have to pay that amount twice more to ship the wrong wig back to you, then to have you ship the right one back to me. This is unacceptable!! That's $29.64 total in shipping. I need for you to waive those last 2 shipping costs. Please feel free to call me back @ (209)***-****. I called and attempted to speak with you, but was put on hold, then told by a phone rep that you couldn't be reached, and to email you. I expect to hear back from you sooner rather than later. Thank you -

The wig came tangled and wefts were falling apart. The wig basically fell apart once taken out the package.

I was very disappointed with this hair. Overall, I have purchased the hair three times and the very first time a used this hair, I was so happy. The texture was soft...almost like weaving hair. Unfortunately, the last two time s that I purchased this hair, it has been hard, frizzy and much like the hair that you can buy in the store. I still have a pack and will be sending it back. I only purchased another pack because I thought the my first bad experience was just a bad batch of hair, but NO.... It is clear that Elevate Styles has changed the manufacturer who they purchase their hair from.

I have yet to receive my wig or a proper update on the stat

Okay so I usually don't do reviews .. I was very excited about receiving my new wig. The shipping was fast but the quality of the wig ... smh. Very disappointing! It's very coarse and its not as big as the picture. Didn't like at all

Very badly made. Not good quality synthetic hair. Dry and dull. No shine at all. Wig is small with no ear tabs. Save your money.

This was the worse experience I had with an online order. They are lairs, I had to get a refund because they didn't have it in stock when I was told they were going to send back the next day. So I was wonder why they didn't sent it out I had to text them to find out they didn't even refund me I had to find out my self. Then they text me but I got proof they didn't. Smh worse services ever. They lied again they took 3 days to refund
