I ordered my items on a Saturday, they arrived on Thursday so delivery time was good. The hair quality was good and the items looked like the pictures. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the customer service. I tracked my order online and by Wednesday the only status on the website was that my payment was accepted. I decided to contact ES to see what the hold up was on my order shipping. I tried sending a message via the website but I kept getting an error message. I called but wasn't able to speak to anyone I had to leave a voice mail message. About 10 minutes after my message the tracking on my order was updated however no one returned my call. I think ES should work on communicating with customers.

Love this hair. Its soft and beautifully textured. This is my first time trying this hair but so far so good.

Elevate Styles was simple and easy to use. The hair came quickly. This bob was too long for me, but I cut it and got a lot of compliments. The color is fab.

The service is great! But, sometimes the supply is not always available.

Love the cap very light and comfy, The way it's tied on is great looks good too but the way the coloring is done needs work.I choose a M2-33-30 and only a small place in back has color , work on blending more to give a flowing look.But i am very happy with the unit I am looking forward to my next one Great job done.

The hair feels soft and has not started to tangle yet. I only gave it a 4 star because it does look a little "wiggy" but that can be fixed with a flat iron. I'm excited to do a YouTube review in this hair!
