Just out of the blue my order was canceled. No reason given. "Super bad" way to due business. I'm not without understanding that stuff happens. However, as a consumer and paying customer I'm owed a reason as to why?? I'll not be doing business with this company again!

Longest shipping time ever!!
Took over a week for the wigs to ship out and will be 10 days by the time my order is received. Most companies are shipping same day so I don't know why elevate styles hasn't jumped on the band wagon. Since Amazon no ones wants to wait 10 days for anything especially hair!!!
Response from Elevate StylesJan 23, 2024

Poor customer service
I've emailed you several times about returning a wig and although you've provided me with an RMA code, I've been given no further instructions. My return window is closing, which is why I believe you're not getting back with me.
Response from Elevate StylesJan 18, 2024
I apologize for the delay in providing further instructions. Please return the wig with the RMA code at your earliest convenience. We appreciate your patience, and our team will process your return promptly.

They really told me 3-4 days to ship
They really told me 3-4 days to ship, but it took longer. They kept promising to ship out the next day instead of just saying item not in stock and really made me miss an event. You should communicate when u charge someone for something they didn’t receive.
Response from Elevate StylesJan 17, 2024
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the shipping of your order. We understand that you were expecting a quicker delivery, and we regret any miscommunication that occurred. Your order was received on 1/9th, and we were prepared to ship the unit out on the 12th, though we did mistakenly mention the 11th. We genuinely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please note that for PRE ORDER items, we typically require 2-3 business days before shipping, which was a part of our terms and conditions. We understand that this timeframe did not align with your needs on this occasion. We value your feedback, and we'll strive to improve our communication to better serve you in the future. Your order has been promptly canceled per your request, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
