i made an order for an alexis wig on 10/18. i got an email that it shipped 10/19 via 2nd Day Air shipping (which is about $20 ). its 10/25 and im STILL waiting for my package, mind you i live in the DMV area. it went from NJ to ATL to Richmond, VA, ended up going to laurel MD just to go back to NJ where they first shipped my package out from. i contacted UPS and apparently they dont even offer 2nd Day shipping services like the site said, just UPS Ground and Next Day shipping, which I still shouldve gotten my package between 10/21-10/23, emailed and called the company today(10/25) so hopefully someone will reply by the end of this week with refunding my shipping cost or the whole thing, aint no way im paying extra $20 for 2 day shipping and its been a week with no delivery, and this is my first time ordering from this site, and im highly disappointed.

One star is waaaaaaay to much! I orederd two wigs that were described as *Naturali Star pre-tweezed part upon unpacking the box it WAS NOT two pink boxes I was hoping to see. I called that same day and was told to return with slip, I paid $15 and shipped smh. I tracked it, called elevate to see if package arrived someone picked up fast! She said she did not see the package but I will receive an email we it does. We hung up 5 minutes later my package arrive I got an email in email stated that 20% for restocking fees will be taken out of my refund. I was taking back due to ME having to pay shipping! And now 20% but NO ONE answers the phone now! I left voicemail and duh! NO REPLY! I WILL DEFINITELY NOT* BUY FROM AGAIN! I SPENT @75$ n will get back $15!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really?! Wow false advertising!! I didn't open them! Or take the free brow shaved lol smh got it n sent rite bk! The rep didnt say that! I asked her how long does refund take when i haf her on phone !

The item was not in stock and I wasn't informed. I waited for 4 days for it to be shipped. When I called, I was told it wasn't in stock even though the website showed it was in stock. I cancelled my order.
