I am still waiting on my package
I am still waiting on my package. The delivery states 2-3 business days. It has now been 8 days. I still have not received my package. I tracked the order, and it has not even left the the state. It only shows that the order was confirmed.

Still waiting over a months for an …
Still waiting over a months for an order. Two of the six items were a different shade. They were returned and received by the company weeks ago. Two new packages were to be sent out ASAP as promised by Jen. Still waiting :(

I ordered braiding hair and never …
I ordered braiding hair and never received it. I contacted the customer service, and they said that it was delivered and given to an individual. Only my husband and I live in our household, and none of us received or signed anything from the UPS delivery guy. They left saying it was delivered!!! Horrible , waste of money

Nevet again!
Before placing my first ever order last week. They had a wig in stock with the color I wanted. To make sure I would get it I placed the order online while on the phone with a representative AND she said it went through and will be shipped out the next day. Well after seeing that it never shipped out the next day I called and she said oh I'm sorry it's been out of stock and we will ship on the 9th when it becomes back available!! No ma'am!! I want a refund and I finally got one the next week. I will never attempt to order anything else from this company because they wasn't even going to tell me. If I didn't call I wouldn't have known. The lady seemed to not even care that they made the mistake. Why tell me you have something when you don't! ? I'll stick with Sam's and wig types from now on!

Not satisfied at all........ Shoppers Beware!!!!!!!!
It took a while to receive my order and the shipping and delivery estimate wouldn't show for 3 whole days n it took 3 more days to get my shipment so I wasn't satisfied with this purchased. Shoppers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

Misleading Merchandise
I order a wig from this company based on a couple YouTube subscribers. The worst thing I could have done. The wig was thin and matted at the roots. Had I known this is what my 28.00 dollars was gone get me I wouldn’t have bothered. After reading their return policy after I received my order is my error. Spending more money to return the product and being charged a restocking fee not even worth the return. I would never order from this company again.

Our return policy is that we accommodate returns for refund however there is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is not provided. Hope you find a unit you truly like as we have many units with very competitive prices.
