I order a wig I was very patient it never shipped out I called to see when it would the lady said it might ship out today tomorrow or Friday she didn’t give a reason why it was taking so long so I just decided to cancel my order elevate styles is my favorite site to order my wigs from but lately I haven’t been having the best experience with this company

This was my 1st time ordering from this website and my last I placed my order on 11/9/17 and each day I tracked the order it only said it had been placed and nothing else. Today I get an email saying I was getting a refund. I never canceled my order or anything and I have yet to figure out why my ordered was canceled and how long it will take to get my money put back on my card.

I purchased two items, one of which was the wrong color and the company has the audacity to charge $9.98 to return and an additional 20% restocking fee. On top of that, the one wig that I was able to wear shed tremendoulsly and lost its luster within one week. Stay away!

I received the Cabrina wig and it wasn't what I expected. The luster is high and the wig sheds alot. I returned it right away. The wig was never worn (except when I tried it on). Elevate styles doesn't include return labels so I had to create one on my own, pay for my return shipping and then they charged me a 20% restocking fee. That is ridiculous. I lost money for a wig I didn't keep. The restocking fee is way too high and the return process is time consuming. I'll never purchase from this company again.
