My experience is being horrible. The package was not even released to the basil, I do not understand the delay, I bought several wigs from you, and they never gave that kind of problem! Outraged at the delay. Ana Cláudia Santos Lima.

Terrible Service
I was looking for a unit that sells out quickly and received an email when it was back in stock. I immediately ordered several units and eagerly awaited the delivery. When the package arrived it was a color that I didn’t order. When I contacted customer service they blamed it on me.

Hair's on the Way-NOT
I've ordered from Elevate before and had no problem with prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the experience has left me skeptical of the company business practice. The item (color) I wanted had been out of stock since 2/2017. I'd check the site periodically and finally, the color I wanted was in. I wanted it for a special occasion the second week of December. My order was placed & account charged 11-22-17, confirmation item shipped 11-24-17 with tracking info; was never able to confirm. Then I get an email stating item TO BE SHIPPED DECEMBER 11...I immediately canceled the order and requested a refund as this was unacceptable. An email rec'd stating refund in progress...waiting to see

Sorry we didn't have Sky Wig Synthetic Wig Ricci - Colors : OM27/613 Reference number 10047664 so we had to refund you. The manufactuer is also out of stock and may be discontinuing the item.

Clearly different picture …
They have a clearly different picture displayed for color 30/33. I received some thing that was almost black when it's supposed to be a light color and they claim it's a matter of opinion.

I just wish wigs came in xs,s,m,l
I just wish wigs came in xs,s,m,l, because I have a small head especially from nape to forehead. I have to alter all of my wigs because of all the extra material.

You ordered the Alexis wig and Fab Fringe Wig and most of the wigs do not have sizes as options they only come up with an adjustable strap. We will forward your request to the manufacturers. Thanks you for your feedback.
