You asked for a review before I received my merchandise, so I have to rate low. I ordered 1/30/18, it shipped 2/1/18, today is the 6th and it says it's only on it's way to PHX. Instead of 3- 7 days, you should have just said 7.. I hope it's worth the wait.

Very fast delivery! However, these were gifts and unfortunate the person does not like them due to the fitting. Therefore, I'm returning them. I may order again but I will do more researching begore I purchase the next one. Regards

The date to receive was three days before the party. The arrival date was two days after the party, not happy. Would not have ordered had I known that.

Looks like getting to SUMMERLAND KEY, FLORIDA take 4-5 days from NJ. We shipped same day however to try to facilitate a faster delivery time since you ordered on the 22nd. Patricia N. I've order from Elevate Styles for years with no problem, until last week. I ordered 2 wigs on Sunday in error as they were having computer issues. I cancelled both orders the same day, an received an email confirmation. I never got my money back as It's been a week. When I called and spoke to them they told me to check my bank, my bank said it's them, they have it pending. I called back and was told don't call here again or I'll block your telephone number?? They are the worst company to deal with. I've been robbed by them and still have not received my money back. I want to warn you ladies out there, that you should spend your money with a more professional company as many companies sell the exact same brands. They are the worst, and I'm filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and any New Jersey Business Association. They are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am rating this strictly based on my return experience. I received the wrong color. I have called multiple times and emailed to attempt a return. NO ONE RESPONDS! THEY TELL YOU YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN BUT NO ONE RESPONDS! To bad because the order process was simple and delivery was even faster than expected. But, what about customer service after you receive product and need assistance.
