First and last time ordering from…

First and last time ordering from this company. 1 week after placing my order no package has been received although it was shipped. USPS claimed to have come and didn't have access to the property. Yet somebody was home the whole day and no card was left behind.They were supposed to redeliver the next day. Again nobody came and no information on their website. Called Elevate Styles and this rude woman couldn't care less. In fact, she placed me on hold in the middle of me explaining my situation to her. The order was a gift for my sister who lives in the UK. She will not get it as USPS couldn't be bothered to deliver the package and didn't leave a card behind for me to collect it from my local post office. Elevate Styles didn't care that I didn't receive my parcel. To the Elevate Styles team, a sale is only concluded when the customer has successfully received their package. Now, I have to wait weeks for the parcel to be returned to Elevate Styles before getting my money back. It's unacceptable!! As a business, you should be more pro-active when a customer doesn't receive their package. I made the sale with you and not with USPS.
