As of this writing rx still not uploaded to my account. Edit: Received response to my review and they obviously did not even look at my account. My order was a renewal rx only not a card renewal and the responses they keep sending give me give instructions for card renewal new application.

I had to resubmit application to the state myself because photo that Elevate submitted was not approved. So, I paid and EXTRA $40 for nothing!
