I apparently paid i fee for you to send my app and stuff for me to the state but I got an email and thought I had to, so i paid you for it for nothing. I also paid for you to print my card printed from you that i paid for, so hopefully I’ll get that

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback—we completely understand how this could feel confusing, and we’re happy to clarify what’s happening. Our Full Service option allows our team to fill out your state application on your behalf, but in this case we weren’t able to complete that step because the state portal password provided wasn’t working and the selfie on file didn’t meet the state’s upload requirements. We reached out a few times to request the updated information, but didn’t receive a response, so the application couldn’t be submitted yet. Regarding the physical card add-on: as soon as the state approves your application and you receive your approval PDF, just send that to us and we’ll have your card printed and mailed right away. We appreciate your business and hope this clears up any confusion.
