I called in for a renewal and paid but they forgot to send me the Dr doxy link for appointment. I assumed they would contact me but when the appointment was past due I contacted them and told them I was never sent the Dr doxy link. I called and they made a new appointment and sent link.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear there was confusion regarding your appointment link. Our system automatically sends the Doxy.me appointment link by email as soon as an appointment is scheduled. In some cases, those emails can unfortunately be filtered into a spam or junk folder. We're glad you reached out so our team could quickly reschedule your appointment and get you connected with your provider. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the patient experience. Thank you for choosing Elevate Holistics, and we wish you all the best.
