Every year I use elevate and this year…
Every year I use elevate and this year I did enjoy the tiny 10 percent discount despite my many years of using your service ,you made it very easy in years past but this year you took tooo long and I paid for an add on service that wasn’t utilized to my satisfaction and I got a refund. I will more than likely try someone local next year.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us — and, more importantly, thank you for trusting Elevate year after year. I’m genuinely sorry that this year’s experience didn’t live up to the ease and level of service you’ve received from us in the past. As a longtime patient, you absolutely notice when something that has historically been simple suddenly feels more complicated or takes longer, and I understand your frustration. I’m glad we were able to refund the add-on service that didn’t meet your expectations, but I also recognize that a refund doesn’t change the overall experience you had this year. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the years, and I’m sorry to hear that you’re considering going elsewhere next year. I certainly understand your decision, but I hope we have the opportunity to earn your trust back. We’ve been making significant improvements to our systems and patient experience, and feedback like yours is important as we continue that work. Thank you again for being a longtime Elevate patient and for being candid with us.
