Like whenever I first signed up for my card (this is my renewal), this site has made the experience much more expedient. Doctor staff are helpful and friendly and don't make you wait long at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly regret that you've had a frustrating experience. We see that you had an appointment with us on 5/5/25 and were approved that same day. While we don’t show any record of additional calls from our team, you likely received automated emails confirming your appointment and approval, as well as explaining next steps in the process. We completely understand that not everyone wants to receive ongoing communication, and we aim to make it easy for patients to manage their preferences. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the message. If you’d like, we’d also be happy to remove you from our contact list entirely—just let us know. We’re always here to help clarify or assist in any way you need. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if we can support you further. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best!
