I cannot provide a positive review at this time. I emailed my dr who I had the apt with on Thursday saying I needed help. I have not heard back yet. Shouldn't you guys help me see this through so it's all set? Typically after these meetings I need to go in, update a few things maybe, and get a new card. My registration says it expires 12/6/25. I want to know why it doesn't say 2026 as I want to make sure I am doing everything appropriately and don't need to pay twice. I can update this once I receive the help I need. I also called the cannabis department Friday and havent heard back. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry you haven’t received the follow-up you were expecting — I know how important it is to feel supported through the entire process. To clarify, your appointment and approval on our end have already been completed. The expiration date you’re seeing reflects how the state sets registration timelines, not a duplicate payment or error. That said, I completely understand your concern and want to make sure everything is clear and correct for you. A member of our support team will be reaching out directly to walk you through your renewal status and next steps so that you don’t have to worry about missing anything. Please know we’re here to help you see this through.
