We’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble accessing your state account. We looked into your file, and it shows your appointment and approval were completed on October 3, and your electronic certification (e-rec) was successfully submitted to the state that same day. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to state systems and can’t reset or view your login credentials, but one of our team members will reach out directly to walk you through the process of contacting the state to get your account unlocked. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re here to make sure you get the guidance you need to finish your registration. Warm regards, Elevate Holistics Team

I hate to say I wasted a whole joint before my appointment because I was so stressed. Painless is the only word I can describe this endeavor. I also know that I don't waste weed!

This might be one of our favorite reviews yet! 😄 We’re so glad your appointment turned out to be painless — even if it came at the cost of a good joint. Thank you for sharing your experience and for trusting Elevate Holistics to make the process easy and stress-free. Wishing you smooth sessions and zero wasted weed from here on out! 🌿💨 — The Elevate Holistics Team
