To clarify, your total included $80 for your medical evaluation and $60 for our Full-Service (VIP) application support, which is an optional service that allows our team to assist with the state application. In your case, the documents that you sent us were unfortunately too blurry to be accepted by the state. It looks like you submitted your application on your own after receiving our message about needing new photos. We will refund your VIP FS payment but if the state rejects your application because the photos do not meet their requirements, please reach out to us. We are here to assist. Because we were unable to complete the full-service submission for you, we have issued a refund for the $60 Full-Service fee — you will only be charged for the medical evaluation you received.
