Never received my package, it is "inbound out of customs" since August 2024. Response was "This happened for the first time this year for a handful of our customers the past 2-3 weeks. Contact USPS for more information, we cannot do anything on our side unfortunately :-( But the parcel is not lost, that's the good news."

PRICE, QUALITY, QUANTITY. The product was great weight was correct and good quality my package take a little longer due to some shipping issues as I am in the USA but it also probably had a lot to due with the hurricane that hit NC. The customer support is absolutely amazing always answered all my questions and concerns relatively fast. I will be ordering again. You should too.
