Horrible experience. Do not buy from this vendor. They mention 2.0% yield which is a complete lie. the first time i ordered from them it took bloody forever. after all of that wait, i got the bark and i get 0.65% yield, completely horrible and not even close to what they mention I should be getting in yield. I get offered free bark for my feedback. So I try the new bark out from their supposed "new powdering equiptment" which supposedly brings in more yields. i ended up getting roughly the same yield as before, if not slightly less than 0.65%. these reviews are highly scripted / fake. do not do business with this vendor. beyond disappointed and waste of my energy / time. the communication was great but the product was a misery.

I ordered for the first time back in May and I'm gonna be completely honest here, the communication got off to a rocky start. I can be assertive in regards to customer service when communicating through email and they were as polite as they could be even though I was being sort of a jerk. The thing is, a company can get a surge of orders and I'm sure that's exactly what happened but they came through and I received my order. The product was of great quality. I won't go into direct details but I'm in the business of dying shirts and their product is top notch. I appreciate them for their patience with me so I would order from them in the future and I would highly recommend these folks to everyone out there looking for a quality product and for their willingness to go the extra mile for the sake of customer service. Good job to everyone there that makes that happen.

I was worried at first because I hadn't received anything but I contacted them and they immediately contacted me back and told me that it didn't have the powder but they would send me the Mexican whole plus 250 for my inconvenience. Honestly grinding up is as easy as a coffee grinder and I really like the quality, very good return of dye! I would buy from these guys again and have 3 times so far. I'm not going to look around anymore I shopped and shopped and the prices and the quality are where I'm staying. Im not a newbie and have purchased plenty of powdered outer bark before. This is for sure inner, you can see it in the chunks. No guessing.

I have ordered with them for 3 yrs and all went well. My last order the product delivered was SUBPAR to say the least. When I contacted them I was prepared to send back all of the product that I have purchased so that they could trade it out for an even weight of another bark. I would’ve paid for shipping. I would do whatever I needed to do, but I couldn’t use the bar that they sent. They responded quickly and were very helpful at first, but when they saw how much I’d ordered, they did not want to mess with me anymore and just stopped replying with me entirely. Also, if I’m ordering something that is in the warehouse is here why is it taking a week and a half to get to me? The shipping is dumb and messed up. It shouldn’t take this long. I paid for it to get delivered quicker and it came one day sooner after paying $16.99. Honestly, the shipping is more annoying than anything, but the fact that I got crappy product and then totally ignored after working together on it for two days to get it remedied is unacceptable. Maybe this company is getting a little too big for their britches. I had to wait quite a while to get it and I didn’t care. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.
