This is a scam company, do NOT fall into it. Jake was very rude and trying to make me pay for this extended coverage.

All the 5 stars are from bots and employees. Please do not be foolish enough to fall for this blatant scam. The BBB has a warning on their site about this company. Warranty on my brand new truck from the dealership will be canceled if I don't "update" my information? Lol my warranty is not through your mysterycompany. My warranty on my 2020 escape is expiring? I've never owned a 2020 escape. If you got a pink slip in the mail just toss it. And leave a complaint on here google and the BBB

I reported them to the AARP SCAM hotline! This is a very sophisticated SCAM about the warranty on your car! Do NOT give out any personal information!! I received a letter and called the number 888 307-2075 and they wanted a credit card to make $183.00 payment for 24 months !!! When I Already have a warranty on my car !! Then she argued with me! At that point - I repeated that I declined her offer and she hung up- SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I began receiving final notices from Vehicle Services Division, Eleras is the actual business name, in April 2023. They were, and are, borderline threatening that the vehicle warranty is expiring and to call and pay for an extension. At 3:48 pm Mountain time on May 31, 2023, I called to get removed from the mailing list and to state I did not want Eleras to distribute or sell my information. Moses confirmed he had done so. Yesterday I received the third solicitation since the call with Moses. Eleras clearly says on thing and does another. Obviously, this is not a company I would ever do business with. UPDATE August 28, 2023. I received another threatening notice from Eleras today. This is a company I have never done bus8ness with and was assured my name and address were removed from its mailing list.

Definite SCAM artists. They need to be prosecuted for misleading the public with their "Vehicle Services Division" letters. They have small offices throughout the US so it makes it harder to have a state attorney general take them on. People like this make it their life effort to operate in the grey area of law. My message to them would be to get a legitimate career that benefits the public before it is too late.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Eleras Automotive Group. I received a mail letter that seemed promising, offering a special deal on a car protection. However, upon arriving at the dealership, I quickly realized that the letter was deceptive and misleading. The staff was pushy and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find the right protection. The marketing tactics used by Eleras Automotive Group felt shady and unprofessional. I would not recommend working with this company and urge others to be cautious of their marketing practices.

This is a predatory business, I can't believe the reviews. They prey on the elderly, called and acted like they were the car dealership to steal her VISA number. Total fraud!
