Check the BBB reviews on this company… I had Dora Young as my representative, although her customer service was ok she repeatedly interrupted me while speaking about why I wanted to cancel my subscription.. she convinced me to stay knocking off $500… With a few incentives.. she also said my month of august would be free due to my first issue with this company. when speaking with another person today.. she actually deferred my payment and did NOT advise me of that!!! Then the guy today tried to convince me to stay, cutting another $500 off and making my last 2 years free…. Seem like as long as they can get SOME money from you they’re happy. Very deceiving and seems like a scam.

This company is a scam company. Not sure how they have not been shut down, but do not fall for it.

This is a scam. Please do not fall for it like I did. I received several letters in the mail about extending my car warranty so I decided to call and I fell for the trick. After further research and my bank flagging the payment, I came to that realization. Also, the rep, “Nick Fost”, called me about why the payment didn’t go through and said “Hi, this is Nick from Forever Home!” When I asked him if this was Eleras Automotive Group or Forever Home, he said “Eleras Automotive Group, my bad”, can you say fraudulent??? Don’t be fooled y’all! And s/o to my bank for flagging for it!

Did you receive an official looking piece of mail asking "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED" It is a scam. Total garbage. The present themselves as if they are related to your Dealership, but hey are not. This is a dishonest and disreputable insurance company trying to take you money from you for an extended warranty. If you get the mail, and you call them, ask them their company name before anything else. If it is Eleras Automotive, ask them to remove your name from their list. Tell them you will contact a lawyer. Hang up and never call again.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! This is a FRAUDULENT company. They will take your money, your information, and make it nearly impossible to get back. I had to work with my bank and call Eleras nearly every day just to get them to agree to send me my money back via check (still waiting for the check). Some of the times I called their customer service line, the person who answered was working with a different company. When I asked if this was Eleras and not a home improvement company, they said, “oh yeah, we’re both.” When they agreed to send me my money back via check, I was told it would be 30 days. When I called at 31 days asking where the check was, they told me it would now be 45 days. It has now been 48 days and I still have not received my check. Please DO NOT fall for this scam!!!

Eleras Group is a 100% scam and uses fear tactics to sucker people in. They hide all the information about their firm and you'd do yourself a favor by researching further and not trust fake review on "Trust Pilot" (that's irony there for you).

Scam company who pays to improve ratings so they can keep scamming gullible people.

I don't buy the 5 Star reviews. This company tried to scam my son for an extended warranty, (which he bought directly from MAZDA at the time of purchase in January 2023!) My son wasn't sure if this was a 3rd party administrator at first, and paid them $184. (turns out that was the monthly premium they charged for the warranty for his 8 month old car.) When he told me about it, I told him to call Mazda to verify his contract, which they did. When you look at the owner's 4 companies, they all follow a similar pattern of deceptive practices. I am perplexed that we don't treat these people as first degree felons. Fortunately, my son went at them pretty hard, and they refunded his fraudulent payment. Wouldn't you know, two weeks later they sent him a payment book!
