Illegitimate....if not immoral.....and possibly ILLEGAL!!!! All true concerning that master scammer Chris Weinreis who owns both Eleras Automotive Group and 4Ever Home USA. From the BBB: CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS Pattern of Complaint: Better Business Bureau discerned a pattern of consumer complaints against Eleras Automotive Group. The pattern of complaints allege misleading advertising, unsolicited mailers and phone calls, failure to cancel policies and issue refunds and poor customer service. On September 24, 2021, BBB sent a letter to Eleras Automotive Group with its concerns. On November 17, 2021, the company responded stating they have implemented procedures to return consumer calls and/or emails within 24 hours of receipt. The company has cancellation policies in place that can provide refunds where warranted. Additional staff has been hired to handle the needs of consumers and to help with the timeliness of responses. The company encourages consumers to contact them with their concerns. BBB maintains a separate Business Profile on 4Ever Home USA which can be viewed by clicking this link: Chris Weinreis also is affiliated with two companies located in Arizona. Separate files are maintained for those companies. A link to the Business Profiles of those companies is included here: This scalawag sent me an "official" looking warranty notice for my BRAND NEW Honda! Which has years/miles of factory warranty! Had wrong address number....wrong VIN#.....and only partial registered owners name. AND NO WHERE IS AN ADDRESS POSTED FOR THIS BUSINESS!!! This jabronie is an internet bully---he hides invisibly through the anonymity of the web; "love" to actually introduce his arse to a "rude awakening".....sort of a Manuel attitude adjuster! Everything on this form is a lie!!! File complaints with BBB and write reviews!

I've never been to Missouri, Chris owns another business that covers Home Appliance Repairs, we got scammed into joining up, then we cancelled the credit card. He couldn't get any money from THAT company, so he bills us from another company he owns, Eleras Auto Group. That is sooo wrong! and DUMB!

My husband called Eleras auto grs concerning an extended police on our car. This salesman was so unprofessional. He actually started yelling at my husband saying " look I already answered your questions. Wow I was sitting across the room and I heard it. On the spot my husband told him where he could stick his extended policy. So proud of my husband. Found a policy with someone else. What is happening with unprofessional people thinking people will put on with that poor behavior.

I allowed them to talk me into a service contract and give them a deposit before I found out it was not a Subaru contract. After reading about their poor record and deciding the payment didn't fit my budget, I called to cancel. Rep argued and offered to reduce the price a second time. Finally convinced him I want to cancel and get my deposit back since it's still in 30 day money back period. The refund showed up on my credit card for a few days and then disappeared. Looks like they are trying to keep the deposit after promising to return it. Do not trust this company and do not buy anything from them.

Received a spam letter telling me I haven't contacted them yet to have my service contract activated. I have a BRAND NEW VEHICLE, their sales tactics is to try and fool people into obtaining a service contract from them that isn't needed. No company name, leading one to believe it may be from the vehicle manufacturer. Deceptive sales tactics, should be reported to the BBB.

I was contacted with a letter saying I need to call right away because my auto warranty may be expiring. The letter looked like it was coming from KIA. It was not. I wanted to know more. Finally, was able to get the person to send some information. I was ready to deal with them. It looked good. I emailed a response. Ms. Boyd, Thank you for the information. It looks good. But I attempted to call back two times wanting to talk with you. I was on hold for over 9 minutes first time and over 10 minutes the second time. I hung up. Apparently if this is the type of service your companies providing. I am not interested. Again, thank you for your time and patience. It was not delivered, email was noreply. I searched for a good email without any success. I want to thank them for this. It has saved me well over $4,200. Turns out I would be paying for the service during the period my warranty from the dealer was in force. So thank you for not allowing me to reconnect with you. It saved me over $4,200.

I called to cancel my plan due to not being able to keep up with the bill on top of my other bills. I needed to cancel it as I could not cancel my other necessary bills (rent, car payment, insurance, etc.). Upon getting through to customer service rep to a man (named Michael I think), he tried to go through standard questionnaire to understand why I wanted to cancel and to convince me to stay on. I told him I am in the middle of my work day and that there was nothing that would convince me to stay as I had made up my mind and I just need to get this errand done. He proceeded to convince to keep the plan after repeated marks that I am not interested. This rep then went on to pester me about what would happen if my car broke down and ended up with a bill. I kept telling him I will figure that out if it comes and repeatedly pleaded to just cancel the plan. This rep continually talked over me and pestered me with this same scenario of my car breaking down tomorrow and if there was a $3k bill for it. I did not know what else to say, as I just wanted him to cancel my plan so I responded in hopes he would move on, so I said "I'll pay for it" and he responded with "oh really? oh so then why don't you just pay off the whole policy then?" and then when I said I do not want to and pleaded AGAIN for him to cancel, he said "... only STUPID people cancel this plan" I almost hung up on him, but I did not want to start this process over again. So I put my foot down and said "well I guess I'm stupid please cancel my plan" to which he FINALLY did. I called back to file a complaint, and was forwarded to a Billings Manager who said she will see to it and take care of it. Just to be sure this is taken seriously I am posting this online. This is NOT appropriate nor is it professional to speak to someone this way. BEWARE of being verbally harassed on the phone by employees of this company.
