Talked with company. Thought they were a part of my warranty. They're not. I gave them my account information by mistake. Found out that they are not part of my warranty. After they had my information I was threatened that they could access my bank account without my authority. I went to my bank ASAP and changed my account. DONT' GET INVOLVED.

This company relies on fear tactics and then tries to demand information from consumers before explaining who they are. The customer service is rude. The lower management staff would prefer to argue with consumers vs listing to why they called and what made them upset in the first place. When I relayed my displeasure I ad an individual ask me “ so, do you feel better now?” At that point I told them just take me out your data base or I’ll bring this matter to corporate I’ll bring it to the VP of sales himself.

Scammers, these idiots completely lied about covering your car if it’s salvaged. They never mentioned that when selling the insurance to me. They’re morons, and scammers and will not do anything for you except steal your money. Hard to get hold of, difficult and scammy. Go to geico or a legit reputable place not these ghetto scammers.

This company is an absolute scam that my grandmother unfortunately fell for. They sold her a "service contract" on a vehicle that had 7k miles on it, and platinum coverage Toyota Care already. I called to speak with her "protection specialist", Scott Jenkins, who hung up the phone on me because he didn't like being called out for his actions; taking advantage of the elderly. This company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and will sell you a contract that is not needed. You can guarantee I will be filing a report with the FTC, State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Scott Jenkins, you're a piece of trash human. Chris Weinreis (CEO), DO BETTER!

‘Final notice’ letter received from Eleras Group which appears like a debt collection letter. It’s just a sales scam to scare people into buying their coverage. Disgusting sales practice and guarantees I will never do business with them. I’ll only select an ethical company for my vehicle cover.

Got a letter reportedly a "Final Notice" from the "vehicle services division" requesting an immediate response. The clue is in the request. If the company was in any capacity officially acting, as the letter was designed to suggest, it would have been a demand. It is in fact a private company touting extended warranties by implying they are required. Only disreputable companies would use this tactic. Avoid.

What a load! They try to get you by saying your warranty has expired or is about to expire. My car is less than three months old and only has 2400 miles on it. I'd bet $100.00 that these glowing reviews were either paid for or are scam reviews just like the company.
