Chris King was an excellent customer service representative. He helped me with all my questions and concerns without any issues.

I conferred with your employee, Chris King, on this date ( 8- 26-25 ) with the intention of canceling service. After a lengthy discussion, Chris convinced me to stay with the contract. He apologized for the manner in which this customer was treated by other employees of the company.

Once we got through multiple automated steps and lengthy hold times at each step, Chris was very helpful in cancelling our warranty on the truck we sold. He did follow the script to offer us multiple options for not cancelling by transfering the frunds to another policy, which we declined.
