Mr. Joseph Fisch assisted in cancelling my policy as it turned out that it was unnecessary due to coverage through a pre-existing contract. Mr. Fisch was very friendly and extremely professional. This amount of friendliness and professionalism makes it so much easier and more efficient to get things done smoothly and without too much difficulty. I hope there are more representatives that follow this path.

I called to cancel my subscription, and Joseph Fisch asked my why, I told him that I was selling the car. He did the check on my policy and said I only had 17 payments, and asked what I was going to do for another vehicle and told me I could use the rest of my policy if I was going to get something 2014 or newer, then told me reason why. I then told him I looking at something older than that. Joseph was very knowledgeable about the plans.
