Needed reassurance
My Representative was Chloe who gave me the best description of my plan. I was actually planning on cancelling, but Chloe reassured me on what I was exactly paying for and basically gave me a more positive outlook on my policy overall. I’ll definitely be looking forward to using my auto policy in the future when needed. Thank you Chloe, definitely a top tier worker and nice individual to talk to. Well done.

Excellent interaction
I was not able to get a response or connect on a phone call for over 3 months and just yesterday , 1/03/24 My call was connected to Joseph Fisch And he was incredibly patient and polite with me. Was very quick to help me figure out what I needed — very professional but also genuine— Amazing experience I would Consider working with Elaras again because he was simply kind and honest . Thank you 🙏

I had originally called to cancel but ended up keeping it because Ms Jessica helped me understand and explained thoroughly how helpful the coverage is. She even lowered the price for me a bit since I mentioned I felt like I was spreading myself thin. I had a great experience because of Ms Jessica

I had actually called to cancel my policy
I had actually called to cancel my policy. While speaking to the lady who answered,Ms. Tori, I had the most wonderful experience. She is amazing!!! Awesome! I almost wanted to get a second policy on the same vehicle! JK- I went away happy that I did not cancel. Tori was extremely helpful and very patient with me needs and concerns.
