Joseph Fisch really helped me out he was nice and if it weren't for him I would have cancelled my warranty.

Please give Donnie, Customer Service, a Legendary Representative Rating! He was a gentleman who worked w/ me step by stem for a long period of time to accomplished my need. Well I had a wonderful conversation today with Katie oshia, she did everything she could do to help fix a very small problem I was having, and she did it with a smile and a beautiful laugh if I had to really recommend someone for help it would be her ever time and I know i probably shouldn't say this, but there was help from everyone there Jessica also helped me out but Katie is the s*** Iol she deserves a raise if you ask me and lunch for a week😉, but thanks alot guys ur the best for all ur help thanks again katie....

Mr Joseph Fisch was super helpful and friendly, too! I was waiting for papers in the mail; he checked on when they were sent, emailed everything to me "just in case", and said to call back if I didn't receive them at all. I especially appreciated that I could UNDERSTAND him!! All is well; I have paper in hand. He sounds like a very nice person.

Joe was an absolute and great assistance with re issuing my documentation. He answered of my questions and gave me clarity to everything needed. He was great.

My customer service representative, Joseph Fisch, was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but he also was honest and helpful. Thanks to him I was able to get my troubles resolved quickly and also enjoyed his friendly demeanor while he handled my issue.

After speaking to several customer service reps, I finally got one, Jessica, who was able to do more for me in less time than the other two. As it stands the others actually never accomplished anything, but Jessica contacted other departments and got more information for me than the others. I did ask to speak to her supervisor to tell him that because of my dealing with Jessica, I was going to have to cost him $$$$$, because I was authorizing a raise for Jessica!!! Unfortunately she was working from home and her supervisor was conducting an interview and not able to speak with me.
