My experience with Eleras group has been great, for the most part. Had an issue with my warranty contract and wasn’t aware of certain terms and conditions. I was able to get in contact with Tory K. and the manager Graig S.!! They both were able to resolve my issue and corrected the problem. They showed exceptional customer service and remained extremely professional.

Jeremy Hoskins, is the rep I spoke with. He was nice, great listener, made me feel like a customer and not a number. Jeremy provided options on how he could help with the misinformation that was provided. I was told by a previous rep that the only payment I would need to make was only a one time payment. No further payments would be needed unless there was a problem with the vehicle. When I received the package for coverage, I was a little surprised by the monthly amount as well as being set on autopay, which was unbeknownst to me. I will be coming back.. as long as Jeremy is still around! Thank you Jeremy!.. you were great!
