Fbi needs to investigate this company from scamming people

HORRIBLE COMPANY! You guys have sent several pieces of mail to my house with a car I do not even have. When I called the 888 number on the mail that was sent to my house I was met with ATTITUDE like I did something wrong. This company is a SCAM… PLEASE STOP SENDING STUFF TO MY HOUSE. You can have that attitude with your actual customers.

Beware. They are indeed scammers and extremely pushy. I knew the second they answered its a call center scam that preys on the elderly. Luckily I pulled this up to confirm my gut feeling, but their letter seemed legit and I believed from the dealer until they admitted their company isn't. Warn your grandparents to not answer mail, even with time sensitive bologna on it, because it is a scam.

This company is A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. In Feb.2026 I bought my new used work van from a private owner, we went to the DODGE dealership, and transferred the ownership to my name. A few days later, I got a call to give them a mileage reading for extended warranties. They didn’t introduce the company name, what they offered, and I suspected it was a call from the DODGE dealership. After I gave them mileage reading, I was told I have to make a payment of $189.00.I suspected it was a 1-time processing fee, and made a payment. After payment was processed, the guy (his name Colmy) told me that I have a 4-year Agreement, and my monthly payment of $189.00 will be charged to my credit card. I immediately requested to cancel the payment, and get a refund. I was misled, I don’t need this agreement for FOUR years with monthly payments of $189. But the worker (Colmy) said the payment was already processed, and I have to call them in a few days. It was a LIE! A few days later, I called the company again, and requested to cancel an Agreement and get a refund of $189.00.. 30 days later I didn’t see a refund on the bank statement, and called them again, and this time M…. told me that I have to wait for 60 days, but it was just 30 days! Mar. 2026 The company still didn’t pay me a refund. I called again to check the status on the refund check. I was arguing with Michael for about 15 minutes. Only at this point he requested a NOTARIZED CANCELLATION LETTER! Mar.24.2026 Produced Notarised Cancellation Letter, and sent it. Jun.9. 2026 No refund from the company. Talked to Dony. He said the refund is already in the mai, and I should have it on Friday, Jun.12.2026 Jun. 17. 2026 Talked to Dimisha. She dropped the call. Called again, talked to Rosty ( the names could be fake). This time I was told that my cancellation is behind a 30-day limit. No Refund is processed in their system! I will never get my payment of $189.00 back! This company made a system to fool the customers, drug the time, and make them behind the 30-day Cancellation period to avoid paying them money back! It's a RACKETEERING formula of BUSINESS.. . The company makes you think they are calling from the dealership. They will get you to make just one payment, for car warranty purposes. But in reality it’s a 4 years Contract with a total payment of $9,268.00! For this much money you can replace the engine or transmission without any Insurance company, on top of that, you have a factory warranty. The possibility that you will use this company's services is almost ZERO! This is a SCAM COMPANY.

This company preys on old people. They send text messages and phone calls soliciting people to buy more unnecessary insurance. When you tell them to stop, they send more junk mail.

your info on this site is incorrect, most car dealerships regard Eleras as a scam including the BBB. They kept sending me mail with the wrong vehicle noted. Called them and rep was rude and insulting.

I just went through the same experience several other people mentioned. I'm not going to call them back. I'm just going to report fraud to my bank.

Well, I thought they were an almost legit company because I used their services once last year in 2025 for a problem where they only had to pay less than 300 dollars. Fast forward to this year, my transmission went out and then Eleras has shown their true identity. They didn't want to pay 8000 dollars to get my transmission fixed so they denied my claim and canceled my policy. Their excuse at 1st was that my title was branded or salvaged and that was a lie because they used the date that I actually registered my vehicle then they changed it to saying that the mileage on my title wasn't correct which I don't know what that has to do with having a warranty on my truck. They are full of bullcrap and shouldn't be in business if they don't want to honor contracts. My title was the same as the 1st time they honored my contract. My advice, don't use Eleras because if you have a major problem, they will not honor the contract.
