Today I called for a service to be cancelled and was greeted by a customer service member by the name of Patrick. He was understanding and helpful at the same time by understanding my concern. I wasn't seeing my monthly payment withdrawal on my bank statements. I was concerned something was wrong. A quick call to Alexandra confirmed the payment drafts were happening and my account was current. She was pleasant and quickly resolved my concern.

Jessica showed me that after the next 2 payments my coverage would continue for the next 3 yrs payment free, and she was able to make it such that I didn’t have to pay the next 2 payments.
