Terrica is the best !!!!!!
I made my final payment early April and everytime I called I was getting the run around about receiving proof of final payments and a copy of my contract I decided to call again n ask to speak to a supervisor My girl Terrica was sweet ,understanding and patiently waited until I vented my frustrations about the run around I was getting. She understood and stayed she was going to help me and apologized on behalf of the company Terrica will be the only person I will speak to moving forward with this company Her calmness calmed me down Thank you Terrica

Disgusting emails and calls
I’ve been receiving emails about a delinquent payment in my account. I spoke to several people about this situation. I spoke to Patrick one time this morning and he took care of the problem and resolved the issue in minutes. Great job Patrick.
