Your employee, Patrick, was very kind and understanding about my wanting to cancel my contract. He did try very hard to convince me your company was trustworthy and viable but I was adamant that I wanted to cancel.

I was trying to transfer policy and after a few agents I was connected with Tori. She was able to get all the correct information I needed to transfer the policy into my name. She kept in touch with me for weeks throughout the process and a final call when it was done. Thank you Tori!

James Sedwick was really helpful
James Sedwick really helped me in an unexpected way I actually called to cancel my services but he gave me every reason to stay. He really helped a conversation was very sweet and professional this man needs a raise. I am definitely happy I got James when I called in and he made me change my mind about canceling amazing job!

Girls rule the world with Tori as their leader
I want to start off with if Tori wasn’t an employee at Eleras Automotive I don’t think it would be successful. My experience with the company from beginning was HORRIBLE. I understand I’m a 58 year old, but believe it or not this is the first vehicle I ever purchased. I felt like I was talked down to because I simply was just uneducated. Through my years as an abuse survivor I really take men talking down to me serious. I WANTED TO CANCEL!!!!! Then…. an ANGEL picked up the phone and from the immediate peppy tone and contagious laugh a HUGE weight was taken off my shoulders. During my call with Ms. Tori she never once over talked me, made me feel dumb for not knowing, SHE EDUCATED ME RESPECTFULLY! I’m sure she could tell I was confused but her tone never once changed. Best part about Ms Tori also, while giving me her complete attention she was apologizing because her peers were messaging her needing assistance TALK ABOUT A MULTITASKERS. Eleras Automotive this is an employee that companies beg for, I hope you realize how lucky you are. don’t lose Tori. Keep it up girl and congrats on the home!
