Spoke with Jessica Moore. I was about to cancel this policy because I believe that it was miss represented to me. I believed that is was like those car commercials that you see all the time and I thought at the time I signed up that with a policy that was with Nissan. Ms Moore advise me that this a policy that works with Auto companies. She was kind and and knowledgeable . I then decided to keep my policy with an 24 month adjustment.
